Protesters Charged while Attackers Go Free

Mr. Tola was at the protest Saturday, and said the tuk-tuk drivers came well equipped to start a fight with the bus drivers. “It’s not fair at all for the former drivers of Capitol to be arrested,” he said. “They were attacked by the other group. When I arrived, the other group [the tuk-tuk drivers] was well equipped, with hammers, walkie-talkies, helmets, and jackets. If you come for a peaceful protest why would you do that?”
