It is noted that the ruling party owns and controls the media and public information and decent voices are ISP controlled. The pending cyber law will further limit the availability of independent media, while the privacy and security of information for human rights defenders remain at risk. CENTRAL provides training to workers and networks in ICT for organizing and advocacy; builds solidarity networks to support and facilitate communication; and disseminates messages to amplify workers’ voices, both locally and internationally.
