Job Announcement
The Center for Alliance of Labor and Human Rights (CENTRAL) is a Cambodian non-governmental organization working on organizing and supporting the Cambodian working people through legal aid and other appropriate means to demand transparent and accountable governance for labor and human rights.
CENTRAL is seeking a short-term external consultant to conduct a baseline impact assessment for a new project we are launching for the next five years (2023 – 2028). For more details, please refer to the TOR in the annex file.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Interested applicants should submit a proposal highlighting their qualifications, proposed methodology, a tentative work plan, and a detailed financial proposal that includes the full consultancy fee (including tax) as well as all other associated costs.
The application must be delivered to the below contact persons either by email or as a hard copy no later than 17:00 on 13 November 2023.
The successful application will contain a CV/Resume, cover letter, and methodological proposal for undertaking a baseline assessment, including the proposed budget. All applications should be sent in a single pdf file. Hard copies will not be returned.
